Managed Web Hosting Services Built Around Your Site, Not Ours
We set up, monitor, and maintain the servers and CDN your website runs on, sized for your actual traffic and hosted in your own name, with someone watching when it matters.
Let's TalkWhat's Included
Right-Sized Infrastructure
We spec servers and CDN configuration to match your site's real traffic and growth plans, not the biggest package a provider can upsell you into.
Site Migrations
Moving your site to new infrastructure, a faster host, a different provider, or a fresh server, planned and staged so your store or site keeps running throughout.
Monitoring & Alerting
Uptime, error rates, and resource usage watched continuously, so problems get caught and triaged before they turn into an outage your customers notice.
Backups & Recovery
Scheduled backups of your files and database, stored separately from the live server, with a tested restore process rather than an untested just-in-case folder.
Security Hardening & Patching
Server-level firewalls, access controls, and OS and software patching kept current, closing the gaps that get sites compromised before they're exploited.
Performance Tuning
Caching, CDN configuration, and server-level tuning aimed at faster load times for real visitors, not just a higher score on a testing tool.
How We Work
-
Infrastructure Review
We look at your current hosting, traffic patterns, and pain points first, so any changes we make solve a real problem instead of chasing a trend.
-
Right-Sized Setup or Migration
We provision or move your infrastructure on a provider in your own name, with a staging environment to test everything before it touches the live site.
-
Monitoring & Hardening
Monitoring, backups, and security hardening go live alongside the infrastructure itself, not as an afterthought once something's already gone wrong.
-
Ongoing Care
We keep watching, patching, and tuning as your traffic and needs change, flagging anything that needs your input instead of quietly letting it slide.
Who This Is For
This tends to click hardest for site owners dealing with one of these:
- Running on hosting that's outgrown your traffic, or oversized and costing more than it should
- Planning a migration to a new host or provider and don't want to manage the cutover yourselves
- Tired of a host or hosting panel that only reacts once something's already broken
- Want backups, monitoring, and security handled by people who understand your actual stack
- Need infrastructure that scales with a busy sales period without a manual scramble beforehand
- Want to own your hosting account and provider relationship, with us managing what runs on it
Common Questions
Do you host our site yourselves, or do we own the hosting account?
You own it. We set up and manage your infrastructure on hosting or cloud providers in your own name, not ours, so you hold the account, the billing relationship, and full ownership of what your site runs on. We handle the technical work; you keep control of the underlying service.
How much downtime should we expect during a migration?
We plan migrations to keep downtime as close to zero as we can manage, staging the new environment, testing thoroughly, and timing the DNS cutover for your lowest-traffic window. We won't promise a specific number down to the second, but we will walk you through the plan before we touch anything live, and stay on hand through the cutover itself.
What happens to our backups if something goes wrong?
Your files and database are backed up on a schedule and stored separately from the live server, so a single failure can't take out both the site and its backups. We periodically test the restore process itself, not just the backup job, so recovery is something we've actually verified works, not just assumed.
How do you handle security updates on the server side?
We keep the operating system, web server, and any control-panel software patched on a regular schedule, alongside firewall rules and access controls that limit what's exposed in the first place. Security updates get tested before they roll out to a live server, so a patch fixing one problem doesn't introduce a new one.
What happens if our site goes down?
Monitoring catches outages the moment they happen, and that alert jumps straight to the top of our list — nothing queued ahead of it. What we won't do is quote a specific uptime percentage or response-time guarantee, since actual conditions vary too much for that number to mean anything real. Instead, you get a team already watching, that moves quickly when it matters.
