Our Story
LotusWebAgency was founded in 2021 by Vasilii Dementev as LW Agency Limited — a Hong Kong–incorporated company consolidating a network of senior specialists under one operating standard.
Engagements are delivered by a team assembled for the work — engineers, ops specialists, and designers with deep e-commerce and web-infrastructure experience. Led by a founder with a marketing and business-operations background in addition to 15+ years in engineering.
We chose to stay small and selective. Rather than chasing volume, we invest in long-term relationships with clients who value reliability and technical depth.

Before founding LotusWebAgency, Vasilii spent years in marketing, sales, and business management — including running his own successful e-commerce company. That hands-on business experience shapes how the agency works today: we focus on outcomes that drive revenue, not just clean code. Combined with deep technical expertise in web development and infrastructure, this shapes how we approach every project: outcomes over deliverables.
