Accessibility Statement

Last updated: 14 April 2026 · Version 1.0

LW AGENCY LIMITED (the "Company") is committed to ensuring that the website lotuswebagency.com (the "Site") is accessible to all natural persons, including persons with disabilities, in accordance with the international standard set out in the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at conformance level AA. This statement describes the Company's approach, the measures taken, known limitations, and the procedure by which accessibility barriers may be reported.

1. Conformance Target

The Company aims for conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, as published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). Evaluation is performed by a combination of manual testing with keyboard-only navigation, manual testing with screen-reader software (VoiceOver on macOS and iOS, NVDA on Windows), and automated testing using axe-core and Google Lighthouse.

2. Measures Taken

To achieve and maintain the conformance target, the Company has implemented the following measures:

  • The Site respects the prefers-reduced-motion user preference, suppressing non-essential motion where the user has so indicated.
  • Every page provides a skip-to-content link as the first focusable element, targeting the main landmark.
  • Semantic HTML landmarks (header, nav, main, footer, address) are used throughout.
  • Focus visibility is ensured across all interactive elements and across all three visual themes (sunset, charcoal, obsidian) by means of a visible focus indicator with a minimum contrast ratio of 3:1.
  • Colour contrast for text of all sizes meets or exceeds the WCAG AA threshold of 4.5:1 against the relevant background, in each of the three themes.
  • Text alternatives are provided for non-decorative imagery; decorative elements are marked aria-hidden="true".
  • Full keyboard navigation is supported, including the testimonials carousel (arrow keys, Home, End).
  • The cookie-consent banner supports keyboard operation and may be dismissed with the Escape key after the initial choice has been made.
  • The language of each page is declared by means of the lang attribute, distinguishing English (lang="en") from the Thai localisation (lang="th").

3. Known Limitations

Third-party content loaded upon consent of the data subject — specifically Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and the Meta Pixel — may introduce accessibility issues beyond the direct control of the Company. Such content is audited on a routine basis, and any embed found to be materially inaccessible shall be removed or replaced. Should a specific barrier be encountered, the reporting procedure set out in Section 4 applies.

4. Feedback and Complaints

Any natural person who encounters an accessibility barrier on the Site is invited to contact the Company at hello@lotuswebagency.com. The Company shall acknowledge receipt within five (5) business days and shall provide a substantive response within a reasonable time, having regard to the complexity of the matter.

5. Enforcement Procedures

Within the European Union, the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882) and the Web Accessibility Directive (Directive (EU) 2016/2102) apply to certain categories of services. Within the United Kingdom, the Equality Act 2010 and the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) Accessibility Regulations 2018 may apply. Within the United States of America, Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 may apply. Within Hong Kong, the Disability Discrimination Ordinance (Cap. 487) applies. Should a data subject or user not be satisfied with the response of the Company under Section 4, a complaint may be lodged with the competent national or territorial accessibility enforcement body.

6. Amendments

The version number and date appearing at the head of this statement shall be updated whenever the statement is amended. The present version is 1.0, dated 14 April 2026.
